By donating to the Grand Championship Series 2 project all benefactors and the project team acknowledge and agree that:
GCS2.ORG is a platform that gives fans within the Company of Heroes online community information about the Grand Championship Series 2 tournament and the option to gift funds to its organisers so that the tournament can be produced and prize fund set up for players. Once funds are transferred all rights and entitlement to said sums of money are transferred too.
All finances will be transparent and published once the tournament is completed as was the case with GCS1. The financial aims are to spend every penny of donated funds in keeping with milestones and draft budgets made public. The project therefore promises to spend all finances and deliver on project goals and ambitions to the best of its abilities, expertise, and experience.
GCS2 and its team are a volunteer hobbyist project. The team members are not paid employees and the project is not a legal commercial entity that endeavours to make a profit. It is the activities of a volunteer group of people and the financing of said activities by a wider group, all within an 'online gaming community'.
Every best effort will be made by the GCS2 team to deliver on the goals of the project, however the team is not liable for any failure to achieve said goals provided every best effort was made within the context of volunteer hobbyist work.
Relic Entertainment and its Publisher SEGA are kindly supporting this project primarily through the sourcing and donation of equipment and in free promotion and guidance. Relic are not financially tied to GCS2 and are not responsible for, representative of, or in anyway legally tied to the project's aims or the GCS2 tournament competition as a whole. All decision making and responsibility remains with the volunteer community organisers involved.
Contributors agree that they are not donating to take part in the prize raffle, and that the prize raffle is only a reward for their patronage. They would be donating funds regardless prizes on offer in said raffle.
All raffle prizes are subject to change and slight alternations, however the broad scope and prizes at the moment are inline with what is currently realistically feasible. If any changes are made prizes of similar scope will be substituted.

Contributors must still make their intentions known to organisers that they wish to attend the live event once the Qualifying Tournaments are over. They understand that the live event is only available to contributors that have donated $150 and over and have requested and confirmed their attendance. A list will be created and the event will have security under the instructions to only allow in attendees on said list.
